What type of CSS server should we get?

I think 24/7 map servers work well because it doesn't restart nearly as much as other servers, and players don't have to download so many maps.

i'm personally for a straightforward team death match server. the team deathmatch is what made counter strike... anything else doesn't feel right.

how exactly does the zombie mod work?

All blue guys are as humans (Counter terrorists) and one red guy spawns as a zombie, then the zombies have to infect the humans by knifing them only. if all humans are knifed, zombies win, and you basically have about 1 minute to hide beforee zombies come out to chase you and you have to like create barricades so zombies can't get you like putting sofas in front of doors and different furniture.

I like zombie mod and all but I have gmod for that so I chose gun game

zombie mod sounds cool and all. but id say to remember guys that we'll be playing this server more than any other server. so lets pick a type we'll enjoy. maybe the gun game i was in last night was just dumb cuz of the map. but all it was was pure chaos. no skill. you spawn. look around the corner. and open fire.

In gun game you should have spawn protection, otherwise the server owner is an idiot I would say. but gun game does take a lot of skill actually, you have to kill with each weapon to win.
